The TPE-lined shoulder pad is soft and breathable. The retro style has button-adjustable length. It includes four quick-release beads upgraded to 1.5mm for compatibility with most cameras, and two strap adapters for stable connection.
The Small size straps are adjustable from 100-120cm, and the Large size straps are adjustable from 120-140cm.
